Contact the library to sign up! \nSam Warren is a citizen mycologist and educator from Almond NY\, and is a licensed NYSOGA Guide certified in Wild Mushroom Safety. Sam has spent the last 4 years sharing his passion for mycology with whoever will let him. He has spoken on panels\, led forays and hosted workshops in various mycology festivals across the North East United States. Join him for a lesson on lowtek mushroom cultivation. This class will cover the basic concepts of of mushroom cultivation and will then take a hands-on approach using materials commonly found in your own home. The information at this class will give everyone an easily replicable method of cultivating their own mushrooms at home. \nSuggested for ages 12+ as flames and sharp objects are involved (up to parent discretion).
